Gift certificates can be e-mailed to you on receipt of a cheque or picked up in person if you prefer. Must be within the validity date. 2. A service charge of 15% deducted. 3. Need to fill out a refund form. 4. Time frame for refund : 21 working days from receipt of refund form. 5.
