POLICY STATEMENT

Please read carefully before accepting a place as a student of the Academy.

• All fees are to be paid in advance for the complete term. We offer a 5% discount to all students who pay at the end of the previous term. Payments made after the first lesson of the term will incur a $10 penalty charge.

• The lesson time is booked exclusively for each student for the complete term.

• No rebate will be given for lessons missed by students, except in unforeseen circumstances such as a disabling accident or sudden and prolonged illness.

• If a teacher of the Academy misses a lesson, then a make-up time will be arranged or a refund will be given.

• Students who wish to take a break from lessons for a term cannot be guaranteed immediate re-enrolment when they wish to resume their lessons. However, all former students of the Academy will have priority on the waiting list.

• Students who know in advance that they will be away for a substantial part of a term, (i.e. a business trip, overseas holiday etc) and who wish to return to lessons during a term and wish to remain enrolled as a student, must book and pay for the complete term no matter how long the absence.

• If a student cancels the complete term in advance, he or she will go on the waiting list before a time becomes available.

• If your child is going to be away for school holidays during the term, there will be no rebate or make-up times.
